I never imagined that I would receive not only such quality customer service but also genuine heartfelt condolences from Peternity's staff. The loss of Fluffy was devastating to us all. My mother was actually the only one present during his passing. He loved her the most anyways. But I had wanted to be there too. Because I attend university in another state it was impossible to get to NY in time. When my brother and I ordered Fluffly's resting place I worried that it wouldn't make it in time for my visit home. Betony was a godsend. In addition to reassuring me that it would get there when needed she even went the extra mile in asking if I wanted the engravement bigger, something that was very far from my mind. It arrived, just as she has promised. We lit a candle, said a prayer and with the most handsomest picture of him on the front side and his collar on the inside (as well as the brush he so hated!) and some treats, we each said our goodbye...properly. He is now right where he belongs and my Mother was touched tremendously. She knows he is always with us, even if not in physical presence. Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times.

Just when I thought customer service was a relic, I have encountered your company. You deal with sensitive issues in a kind, quiet way. However, most important, the pet memorial stone arrived yesterday and after shedding a few more tears, I was so totally pleased. Windsong was a beautiful, classy horse who needed more than a rock with her name on it. You have produced a beautiful, classy remembrance that will bring a smile and memories for years to come. 30+ years is a very long time to share with a horse. It was time enough for Windsong to teach my daughter and then, my granddaughter to ride. I can't even imagine how many miles we have journeyed together, but the journey took us from the show ring to the Minnesota woods for beautiful trail rides in the snow. She seemed to take great delight in "dancing" in the snow and sending up plumes of snow behind her. I hope she is dancing again. Thank you.

I cannot thank you enough for doing such a great job on Hershey's pet grave marker. He meant the world to us and it was the hardest decision of our lives to put him to sleep, but it is comforting to see such a beautiful marker and representation of the joyous life he lived. It is absolutely stunning! The marker took my breath away and brought tears to my eyes. Our little boy was our entire world and the loss of him has been extremely difficult to deal with. The photo of Hershey really captures the type of loving & loyal dog he was. It was very hard to lose our Zara, it was also hard to pick out something to remember her with. I accidentally came across your website while looking for others. I will tell you what made me choose. In your verbage it said "text can be added" no problem, AND that I would get to see a proof of the final product and make any changes before it is sent. That is why I stopped my search at Peternity. I wanted to have something to remember Zara with and to honor her too. You made it so I could send the proof to mom and dad and get their input so that everyone in my family was pleased with what I ordered.
Without going into great detail, Zara, our German Shepherd, was a huge part of the family. I raised her and trained her and spent countless hours to have a great dog, who was gentle and had manners and still knew how to have fun too. She was wonderful, my mom treated her like a kid and was so good to her and Zara knew it and was good to mom in return. My mom took her loss very hard, everyone did. I guess one would only understand these words unless they went through it. When I took the pet memorial to show mom, she started to cry. Just because it was something worthy of the dog it was made for.
I would highly recommend Peternity to anyone, because of the great service from you by sending emails letting me know the progress even on weekends, very reasonable price for the finished product and a beautiful product as well. My entire family sends a Thank You to you and your staff.

Loopa was supposed to live forever. That was the plan. I was blessed with Loopa when I was just 19 years old. A friend who had rescued her was moving back to the city and left her with me. We lived in many places, on the Dungeness River, up in the Cascade mountains at Lake Wenatchee, where she was always free to go where ever she wanted to go, but, she always came home to me. She was my best friend…..more than any person could ever be. She was there for me no matter what, good and bad.
In the last couple of years, she had some progressive chronic health problems, and this last time, I could not save her.
On September 9, 2008 I lost my best friend. There is an empty spot in my heart that will never be filled again.
I received the pet urn that I purchased from you today. It is beautiful. It is prettier than I ever thought it was going to be. It is perfect. Thank you so much. It reminds me of the rain, of the snow she loved, and the water she loved to swim in.

Just a note to thank you for the beautiful marble pet marker for our sweet little Molly. She rests in our backyard, under a beautiful Japanese magnolia tree so she will have flowers in spring. Molly was a Cavalier we rescued from a puppy mill where she had been used as a breeding bitch for her first four years. By the time we adopted her the damage to her heart had been done. She and our other three Cavs lived happily with us for three years before her little heart just gave out. We will always miss her, but it is comforting to be able to visit her resting place and see the lovely marker. Loopa was supposed to live forever. That was the plan. I was blessed with Loopa when I was just 19 years old. A friend who had rescued her was moving back to the city and left her with me. We lived in many places, on the Dungeness River, up in the Cascade mountains at Lake Wenatchee, where she was always free to go where ever she wanted to go, but, she always came home to me. She was my best friend…..more than any person could ever be. She was there for me no matter what, good and bad.
In the last couple of years, she had some progressive chronic health problems, and this last time, I could not save her.
On September 9, 2008 I lost my best friend. There is an empty spot in my heart that will never be filled again.
I received the pet urn that I purchased from you today. It is beautiful. It is prettier than I ever thought it was going to be. It is perfect. Thank you so much. It reminds me of the rain, of the snow she loved, and the water she loved to swim in.

Just a note to thank you for the beautiful marble pet marker for our sweet little Molly. She rests in our backyard, under a beautiful Japanese magnolia tree so she will have flowers in spring. Molly was a Cavalier we rescued from a puppy mill where she had been used as a breeding bitch for her first four years. By the time we adopted her the damage to her heart had been done. She and our other three Cavs lived happily with us for three years before her little heart just gave out.
