Once in a while someone comes along, someone who just naturally makes everyone feel a little happier, a little more alive. You were that someone to us. You gave us new perspectives on a lot of things including ourselves. There are things that you did that we will always remember and ways you’ve helped us that we will never forget. The times we spent together were always good times that left us looking forward to the next time. There is no way we can ever thank you or repay you for even one beautiful minute, but there’s one thing that we can do. . .We can love you forever, and I know we will, because something inside just lets us know our story of life, learning and unconditional love has no end. For there is no one in this world with a personality as sweet as yours, a love as genuine as yours and a heart filled with more unending kindness as yours. Sleep well “our gentle giant.” We will miss you more than you will ever know.

Kovou's Story:
"You're the most handsome boy ever and Momma loves you more than anything. You're the light of your Momma's life and you're Momma's heart." (I told him his requested bedtime story everyday right down to his last goodbye)
Our relationship was 100% on both of our parts. You came into my life 10 years ago and changed it completely everyday since then. To be so little you gave me more love than I could have ever asked for. You will be greatly missed for the rest of my life. I will never forget you "Vou". Love, Momma Summer

You possessed more courage, more love, more affection, more truth in small moments and more trust than anyone I have ever known. There was never a day that went by when I didn't feel as if I had the unconditional love of one of the sweetest souls. Vou, we're glad that you weren't sick for long and you were the bravest little boy while you were. We will miss that ever present "happy tail" we we walked through the door and I will never forget the day when your Momma told you that someone broke Granny's arm and you made sure you made enough of a fuss that everyone knew you weren't having that.
