Now Bill brings that same grace and styling to another of life's transitions, the passing of life. Each of his cremation urns is as unique and individual as a thumbprint.
The layered glaze that Bill is known for is full of life with brilliant coloration. However, in order to achieve this stunning and unique signature finish, Bill must use clay production and firing techniques that aren’t used at most studio potteries. Everything must be technically perfect in order for it to achieve its full potential.
One of America's leading art potters, Bill Campbell has never been your typical craftsman. Bill came to pottery later in life from previous careers in engineering and design. He has blended his unique set of skills and talents into his own remarkable signature style that is noted both for its function and stunning beauty.
